What a great company to work with for our Mortgage Financing needs. Joe was ready and willing to answer all of our questions (and there were many). Having a non-standard scenario to deal with for us, Joe was thorough in going over what we would need and what he could do, He started to help us right from the first phone call to the final signing and closing of our mortgage. I appreciate all the help from his team as well as the emails with information you may not always think about (What happens to your property taxes after the sale closes, without the heads up I received in the email, it would have come as a complete shock to me down the road, but now we are prepared). Highly recommend Joe and his team!
