I enjoy the flows and arrangement of the various practices. You cover the beginner to advanced. Power flow to Hot to the workout enthusiasts.

Goo instructors
Sculpt class was wonderfully energetic and challenging. There were no teacher imposed breaks and I did not need any. This was great because while others took breaks I was not forced to do so also. Sometimes I take breaks and I would not want everyone to be forced to take a break just because I was not on point that day.
