Your folks always do a fine job, but they are also, invariably, so pleasant. I work at home on Fridays, so I always arrange for cleaning then, and they are so accommodating about letting me work away on my computer until they absolutely have to get into my office.
Most recent cleaning was done in one of our rental properties. The tenants were very satisfied - - key words TENANT - SATISFIED ! That is even a better testament than a great job in one's own home. Prompt arrival - courteous - professional - very helpful. Could not ask for or expect anything more.

After the wonderful service Lou and TJ had given us, I did not hesitate to call Lou for an emergency cleaning for my elderly aunt in the south of town. She was being released from the hospital the next day and her house needed to be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned due to an infection she had. With only 4 hours notice, and on a Friday, Lou and TJ were there to help and to work until 8:30p.m. It isn't common in today's world to really assist people in need. Their attitude and quality of work is the same at 8:30 p.m. on Friday as it is on Monday morning. No steps were skipped. Thank you very much Lou and TJ. Sincerely, Name removed Diesing
It is always very easy to get an appt and when they give you a window time of 1 to 3 hrs when they call to confirm that time they are always there on time within the first hr. When the service people get here they are always very friendly and they get to work right away.
Your staff was very professional and did a good job cleaning the grout on all the tile floors.

I know when ServiceMaster cleans it will be done right and thorough. And I like smell. My father had a ServiceMaster franchise when I was growing up and I used to help him when he would clean, so I know that its done right.
