The friendly staff, clean facilities, and the care/love for the dogs that the staff has. I was nervous trying to find a place for my puppy but after seeing a tour and them taking my nervous-mom calls with patience, Reserved Barking will always be my first choice. We love bringing Max to Reserved Barking and always trust that he is being well taken care of. It’s his favorite place to go and he never wants to leave. We also feel like the staff really loves him and enjoys when he’s there.

My dog loves going to play time at Reserved Barking! He can't wait to get in the door in the morning and when I pick him up at the end of the day he is always happy and ready for nap time. The facilities are clean and the staff at Reserved Barking is always friendly and efficient at check-in and checkout.

Our young and energetic puggle Bella has been a Reserved Barking client since mid-2018 and we are thrilled with them. They treat Bella as if she were their only client. When we drop her off, she eagerly waits going to the dog area. When we pick her up, it’s quite apparent that she has had a fun day of playing; as if to say, “I’ve had the best day ever!” (From Teri Baker, Craig Dexter, and Bella)

Lovely place! Very nice facility, even nicer staff. They really make sure your doggy is comfortable during the evaluation to ensure good experience for everybody. Location is very convenient. My little pug puppy got plenty of love and was tired at the end of the day. He gets very excited when we go there :)

We have tried many options- including various kennels and having someone stay over our house while we are away. London is used to have one of us in the family always around, and these other two options were not successful. Using Reserved Barking seems to have been the most favorable solution thus far. It was nice to receive a note from you indicating how she was doing and asking questions on her typical eating habits. thanks
