The instructor for the 8am Saturday Sculpt (5/20) class was by far one of the best I’ve ever taken. He did a fun ice breaker to introduce your neighbor which helped relax the maximum capacity room. He then had a call and response “How do you feel?” and the answer “strong” was very empowering and motivating as well as the other two mantras (“Are you ready? I stay ready” and “Who has it better? Nobody!”) The playlist was well thought out complimented the class and a great cool down squat routine that was cued by the music’s lyrics about “going up” and “going down”. The instructors energy was infectious and his positive attitude kept everyone going. His continuous reminder that “if somebody doubts you…then go so far that you can’t hear them anymore” has stuck in my mind since the conclusion of class. I wish I lived in Pasadena because I’d be in this class every Saturday as long as he was instructing. I wish I could remember his name but he is a true asset to Core Power. Namaste!

instructor and class was awesome, parking was fairly easy and check in was a breeze.

It was amazing! Everyone was friendly the vibe is really cool and welcoming.

Pasadena and San Diego in particular have a great sense of caring and genuine community- this is a reflection of the management teams and their roots in the original company and its intentions.

On the downside As a now resident of LA I find most of the seasoned instructors have left and the new instructors completely lack Knowledge of the language of Yoga and sequencing skill. They do not know the correct terminology history or intention behind a 5000 year old tradition.

As a more experienced Yogi I am hard pressed to find an instructor whose class I am willing to take. Corepower has always been my Go-To studio but now i have nbeen looking for alternatives dying to the poor level of teaching.

I like attending CorePower because I know that the studio experience will be welcoming, clean and a great place to practice.

Very great class, the instructor was fully of energy and very good at explaining the exercises as well as modifications that could be done based on strength. I had a great time and a great workout!

Parking is easy, the instructors are awesome, the Men’s locker room is clean enough. Just a great experience.

The instructors are always great, specifically Eszylfie and Kaitlin. They keep you engaged throughout class and the flows are easy to follow even for a beginner.

Teachers are good and friendly.

Men’s locker room is clean however there has been a fixture drip in the ADA shower stall which is getting progressively worse. Been going on for a couple of months

Also the shower curtains in that stall should probably be replaced before mold starts forming.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Some merchandise was on sale, which was nice. However the locker room could have been more attended to.

Samantha was the best instructor and provided such a great experience!
