Really enjoy the sculpt class at your studio. However, there are too many people in the class on Saturday morning. It might make sense to add another class.

How personable the instructor is.

Britt gave an awesome class. She was very upbeat and had the room nice and hot! I enjoyed her class and the studio was clean unlike the studios in San Diego which are filthy dirty !!!!!

Having just relocated from DC to California, I figured I'd struggle to choose between yoga studios. Hands down, CPY is still the best yoga experience for me with so many options from C1 to HPF to Sculpt. I'm not a beginner, but I still feel very new to the practice and I've found some studios can be really intimidating and overwhelming in the speed of the class with little guidance on posture or explanation for what a particular sequence is meant to do.
Just as I found in DC (and MD, VA, and Boulder, CO), the CPY instructors are encouraging and inspiring--even before you get into class. My first class at Pasadena, I was learning where to park and happened to be in an elevator with a fellow yogi. In DC, elevator rides often meant a group of people either staring at the floor or glued to their iPhone screens. This time, the woman asked if I was going to CPY and when I shared my hesitation as I started to get back into a yoga routine after a big transition, she bubbled over with excitement about the instructor I was about to have. Turns out she was also an instructor and she warmly welcomed me to the city! So far, I've had Brit (C1.5) and Bradley (C2) who are both amazing. Brit introduced me to some Yin yoga - restorative poses - to end class and Bradley made sure his class incorporated in some great counter poses (back bends) which I desperately need after sitting at a computer so many hours. Thanks CPY Pasadena for making me feel "at home".

Every class has an amazing teacher!.. Each teacher makes sure that your time spent in class is one of quality content, a safe enviroment and a place to where you grow in heart, mind and body.

Front desk is helpful. Sometimes the playlist all sound the same when doing yoga sculpt class.

Staff is very friendly and encouraging. The studio is clean and although it can be crowded at times, they are always accommodating. Classes are a great workout and are often enough during the day that I always have a chance to make it to a class everyday.

YogaScult, same time everyday, but different instructor (so the routine was never the same, which I love).

Everyone working the front desk is very friendly, and makes you feel welcome even if you don't know anything about yoga. The locker room is large and clean. The classes are consistent but having many different teachers keeps them from being monotonous.

I am brand new to yoga and I find it a very comforting yoga experience. Very friendly and helpful instructors to guide me through all the wrong moves I make. I will be coming back for sure.

The Studio is warm and inviting. Tanya was observant of her students making sure we were doing our poses correctly, I was impressed; she was paying attention to all of us as if it were a private(one on one) class. Nice!, really-really Nice!!

Great changing area, relaxing but contemporary entry space, friendly staff and great classes. I'm always challenged but never feel overwhelmed. Keep up the good work.

I like that the classes are only 1 hour long. Traditionally I've tried yoga and 90 min is just too long for me. As a working Mom I have limited time. I like the physical aspect as well as the medtative aspect. My day is so busy so it nice to have a quiet hour to myself.

I like that the classes are different, more than just your typical yoga. They are athletic and fun. And the facilities are great - very clean.
