Your service is very efficient, friendly and accommodating. My instructor Chris was enthusiastic, informative and provided a challenging and enjoyable workout. I do not live in the area and was trying the class while I was in town but will recommend to friends in the area and hopefully come again during my next visit.

The employees were very helpful in getting me started and my first class experience was great. The HPF class moved at a reasonable pace for all levels and the instructor was great. I like that memberships apply to all locations, as that's very important to me in considering my workout routine with work travel.

I'm completely obsessed with your Sculpt class. I never considered myself a "yoga person" because I'm more of a HIIT, bootcamp, weights person. But I love that sculpt incorporates the weights and cardio, but still gives me the stretching and calming part of yoga. I left and my body felt amazing...tight and toned but also completely stretched out.

My first time in the Clarendon studio was great. Kate and Leslie both greeted me at the front desk and helped get me signed up for my first free week of yoga. I didn't take the time to check out the retail section of the studio but everything else was on point. The changing room was spacious and clean and the studio was warm and inviting. Looking forward to going back!

Had never done Yoga before. Did the C2 class. Easy to catch on an learn the moves as the class progressed. Flexibility did not hinder my participation.

An intense workout that combines strength, conditioning, and flexibility!

One suggestion: have some disenfectant spray and paper towels (a must--kleenex don't work! ) or wipes on hand for students who bring their own mats to class to use to wipe down their mats. you sweat a lot at these classes and it's good to do the wipe down at the studio instead of having to take it home and do it there.

I like the music and the layout of this studio. I like how the locker rooms have self locking lockers. I wish all core power yoga studios had this feature.

The sculpt class is great. I would love for the class to be offered at different times on different days. Currently, it is at 5:45 every week day- yet a 4:30 class works better for my schedule. I think it would benefit the studio greatly to change the times of the classes to accommodate more people's schedules. Example- Mon: sculpt 4:30pm, tues: sculpt 5:45, weds: sculpt 7pm, etc.
