Friendly! Different styles, but I like. Not quite what I'm used to in LA, but I'll be back.

I love Bridgette and Mary'sculpt classes the most because they are more intense and the pace of the class is more my speed . I also like how they do more core work!

I like the vibe of this studio a lot. There are also really excellent teaching staff. I am also enjoying the rotation in of teachers from studios a little further out. Your team is helping me try things I never did before, also (inversions) with a lot less intimidation! THANK YOU for adding more classes in the in-between time slots; I'll be able to practice even more.

Very good trainer with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to keep me wanting to learn more. The studio was very clean and spacious, thus, keeps me wanting to return for future classes.

I like the variety of classes - sculpt and the more traditional yoga classes are a good balance.

I've been coming to CPY for over a year and a half, but the classes and instructors are still challenging! CPY is always finding new ways to help me develop my practice and myself. The only thing I would ask is for more late-night classes similar to those offered at the Georgetown so that people who work late can still get their workout in! I'm an early bird, but many of my friends are not.

The studio was very clean and I was greeted the moment I came in. I got a great workout in and was left wanting to come back for more.

I love that the facility is clean and there are super friendly instructors! Thanks for putting up the candles for Yoga 1 class. I love the energy and the music for the class and the stretching at the very end!

I would suggest a vent during the heated class or sculpt class (clean the floors due to the amount of sweat and bacteria created from the heat) to create a cleaner smelling place.

Other than that, I love the facility - even the locker system.

Studio is very welcoming for a beginner such as myself. Clean facility. Great instructors who are very helpful.

Such a beautiful studio. So spacious and the bathrooms were incredible! I was in the yoga room upstairs, so can only speak on that space, but I was pleased with the room I wan in.

I love the studio, your products (clothes) and our instructor, Patrick. He was awesome and struck just the right tone between helpful and letting us do our own flow. I unfortunately took the beginner class and so need to try to the HPF which sounds more like what I'm looking for.

I really loved how the classes benefitted all levels of experience. A major plus was the facilities are super clean and I felt so at home with such nice staff.
