Everything looked great when they left, but after the carpets dried, some of the spots I hoped would be clean were not, and there were a couple of areas where spots appeared that were not there before the cleaning. I tried using some other spray to get the new spots out, but it didn't work either. I know my carpet is old, and this has happened before (new spots), but I had you come back that time and you were able to remove the new spots. If you'd like to come out this time and try to fix them, that would be awesome!
My experience was not a usual experience. I already new hat my carpets were not going to come clean but oh do they look cleaner and smell cleaner. However there was a problem with the hose. Somehow it got all tangled up and it took sometime to get it untangled. They had to refill the tanks with my water? Was not sure if that was customary? Was not happy with how the elderly man treated young man who must have been new. It is not proper to use foul language towards someone who is working with you let alone in front of the customer.
