The employee who cleaned our carpets was prompt, friendly and very knowledgable about the job. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also took extra time to get stains out and our carpets look great! Thanks ServiceMaster!
Service technician was on time, went right to work, was friendly and professional. Explained why cost would be higher than estimate. Advised cost is based on 12' x 12' size rooms. My rooms were larger. I would definately use Servicemaster again.
