When Jan-Pro of the Triad started cleaning our office it was in dire need of cleaning so it probably took a few cleanings to really see the difference but now it seems to look cleaner and cleaner all the time. Jan-Pro is also very good at following up to make sure everything was done to satisfaction.
The notebook so I can leave certain instructions for the cleaning crew when I need to.
