We consistently come in after Jan-Pro has cleaned the office and it looks clean and shiny without any strong cleaning chemical odors that might aggravate allergies or asthma.
I really like Ben Z. and his team. They truly care about making sure our office is clean each and every day. Eric Phillips has also been wonderful to work with.
Price and regularity
I'm very unsatisfied with the service I receive. I was told I was supposed to receive a new cleaning crew for my office/E. building. The bathrooms floors has a ring around the toilet again as will as en-front of the sinks. The walls in the men's bathroom around the toilet are not getting wiped down.
Kitchen: food splatter on the wall at the trash can/ food splatter in the microwave. Dusting: Molding around all doors, chairs
The shop is really bad, the conference room hasn't been getting cleaned. Toilets are brown in the bowl. (Should be white) This is a brand new shop we just open it in Feb. 2016.
This is a on going problem here, the cleaning crew wants me to leave a notes on what is missed on the cleaning. I shouldn't have to leave notes for them to do their jobs.
The office has never looked this clean - even our patients have commented now on how clean the office looks.
