What do you like about our products and services?

I have been very pleased with our JanPro franchise and employees. Our building has not been this clean and taken care of in the 7 years that I have been employed on staff here. They are reliable, on time and have gone above and beyond. The franchise owner even called me one night and Facetimed me when a raccoon was in the ceiling of our building. I was able to come and meet the crew and establish that the critter had exited the building. It was so nice to not come in the following morning and find a mess where the raccoon had broken through ceiling tiles. The crew immediately started the clean up process as soon as I got on site.
We have recently expanded our contract with JanPro to include our entire building and are so pleased with the service that we are receiving.

We are very happy with our service with our regular team. However, we were not happy with the service from the team that filled in when they were on vacation. They didn't show up for two of the days and they failed to follow our requirements by leaving the doors unlocked and the lights on. Thank you,
