It has been great for my kids to get supplemental math teaching. It is more than they are getting in the public schools, and for that we are very appreciative.
Last year, math homework was a constant fight with my daughter. She got so frustrated and it made our evenings full of stress. Now she willingly logs in to tutoring twice a week, is engaged, and has a positive attitude about what she's learning. That difference is everything.
I don't yet know how much he learned in his first month at Mathnasium of Ann Arbor; however, it is already a major victory that he really likes Mathnasium. I never imagined he would be excited about his Mathnasium classes.

Just cost, but I know that may be unavoidable. We'd definitely recommend Mathnasium to friends/family who could afford it -- but wouldn't mention it to those who can't.
Actually, I haven't had a full opportunity to understand how beneficial Mathnasium has been to our niece's son. He just had his last session on-line two days ago, so it remains to be seen how much it helps him with Algebra II in this coming school year. He, however, has indicated it has been quite useful.
Kids like one on one with Tutor whenever they have questions and the fact that they get to revise old topics which they might have forgotten
Very easy to navigate the online platform, and our kids really like the 1:1 live instruction and ability to ask questions. Very organized system and easy to work with Grace and Vera

Thank you for developing the online platform. My kid loves the one on one teaching. Feels more effective than coming to the center. She is shy and I think feels inhibited in asking question with other students present.
She was thinking for leaving mathnasium when she reaches high school, but now thinks will continue if online platform continues. I hope you consider it as an option for older kids.

Our kids benefitted greatly over the years (we have used this for 4 plus years) and the gains show our kids school math scores at school. Our kids always looked forward to each session is is crazy good. Just very impressed with the concept and how this company has formed its teaching structure. I would always recommend this service to anyone. Let's just say it reduces kids and parents math grief and it does make math fun, as it should be. I wish this existed when I was a kid.

Your people have been great to work with. We have had some communication break downs but nothing that wasn't easily worked through. You have done a pretty good job of responding to the crazy situation we have all found ourselves in. Not perfect so I didn't give you a 10. But, very good, thus the grade of 9. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

The times I've sat with my daughter at Mathnasium I've been impressed with not only with how thoroughly the teachers know the material, but also with how good they are at explaining it to students.
Mathnasium has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. The cost is the only barrier to me recommending it to all my friends. Instead, I'd recommend it to those I feel could afford it. For those who can pay, it's well worth it. Thank you!

My daughter has been improving in problem solving slowly since Mathnesium explains any complex idea component by component and helps her brainstorm base on what she already learned previously and how it fits with the new concepts !
