Our daughter was not confident in her math skills, so in the summer before her 6th grade, we discovered Mathnasium and will never look back! She really enjoyed her first few sessions and then was hooked - she actually was asking when she was scheduled to go to Mathnasium each week!!!
She was then sporting “I love math”pencils and water bottles - which begged the question of us - who is this girl?? Seriously, that’s how it happened! In the summer after 6th, she signed up to take an online course at school to advance her to 8th grade math in the fall - which Mathnasium again took on and is helping her conquer! She has passed the mid- course check in and is confident in passing the final test next week! Thank you Blaine Mathnasium - you Rock!!! They are professional, great with kids, flexible scheduling, would recommend to anyone!
The staff are all friendly and helpful. My daughter always find its fun and a big help for her being in Mathnasium.
This is our daughter’s second summer at Mathnasium (prevent summer slide). The instructors are kind, patient, and professional!! Our daughter loves the daily calendar of fun things to do! We cannot recommend Mathnasium enough!
We have been attending Mathnasium since the great ill.. and when school was out I felt we really needed something. As a professional in STEM related field I really wanted to find a place where my little one would be encouraged and Math was a positive! This crew is so great and they really mean the best! They promote Math like a cheer team and my 4th grader is now sporting 7th grade style math.. it’s incredible actually.. she loves math now and I couldn’t be more pleased.
My son loves his tutors at Mathnasium! He went from saying ‘math is for nerds and tutors are for the dumb kids’ to telling us about what he learned and the conversations he’s had with his tutors.

My 6 year old loves Mathnasium so much that when he was sick he begged us not to cancel his time at Mathnasium! He also loves karate and swimming but didn’t seem to care about missing those activities for the week. When we told him he wouldn’t be going to Mathnasium he begged us not to cancel, he asked us if he could promise to wear a mask and promise not to cough and still go! Our son especially loves working with Connor and Beverly, and has enjoyed time with Nick and John. Highly recommend anyone considering Mathnasium! We are also a Kumon family and while we continue to use Kumon services it’s clear that our sons favorite center is Mathnasium. He comes out with a HUGE smile on his face, every time. Thank you Connor & Beverly! You make all the difference and we appreciate you!
If it was not for the Mathnasium team my child would not have done great in Math this school year! I really appreciate the work they do!!
The instructors have been welcoming and helpful to our daughter, and the center has been flexible in adjusting our schedules when needed. We are grateful we enrolled our daughter.
The staff including mat coaches are caring to my son’s learning. He likes the interactions with them and also gaining confidence through practice and mastery checks.
The kids don't complain about going there at all and they are gaining so much confidence with math even after just a couple months. It's a great program and they have fun there.
We've used Mathnasium with our daughter in elementary school and now in High School. It has helped her with her math skills and confidence.
Our daughter has really been enjoying math class and working with the the tutors as they have been very helpful and super friendly. Jeanie, Aryel, Lizzie and Lincoln are doing a great job! These four really create a fun environment for learning. We appreciate the work they are doing with our daughter and have seen her make great strides with her math curriculum at home!
Our son Alex has improved so much in Math since starting. When he first started he would get so frustrated when he brings homework home. Now he is understanding the work and doesn’t get frustrated when he has trouble.
You guys gave my daughter the confidence to succeed in difficult math class in high school.
I believe that it is amazing that there are people are there willing to help children with needs in math. It's helped my son out a lot still needs to ask for help and needs to let others know he doesn't understand but his working on that all.
Great experience for my daughter as her maths skills are now at excellent grade evaluation.
Everything is very good
Our son's math skills were slowly declining for 2 years. By the time we noticed, he was struggling to get C's when he always had A's. This went unnoticed because he was still passing, we didn't observe the decline until he became more verbal about his dislike for math.
Through a little Facebook poll, we found that many parents were pleased with Mathnasium. We signed our son up and he quickly began to be okay with math. That feeling grew to comfort with math and then, finally, an appreciation for math.
Our son has been with the Maple Grove Mathnasium for over a year. We are pleased with the attention that he receives and the improvement that he has made. We can confidently say that he is back up in the A/B grade range and doesn't dread going to math any longer. The biggest win for us was when he told us about how he was able to explain a couple of math concepts to his work group.
Our son has benefitted from the work that has been done with him at Mathnasium in Maple Grove.
We have our two boys at the center for the last four years. It’s helping our kids excel at math. Tutors support them with home work help ..etc. David helps us in suggesting and supporting for college prep.

We are so happy with our location. Tony is amazing, he is kind and understanding with the kiddos. Reinforcing skills through the program has given our son so much more confidence in school. He came home last week confused on how the MCA math test was so easy.
My daughter has had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium. She wanted a summer-skills boost before taking BC Calculus next year. The tutor met her where she was, expanded her knowledge base, and increased her love for solving math problems. She comes out of each lesson happy and confident.
