I have Three children, in all different academic grade levels who have attended mathnasium. Each of them have advance greatly in math thanks to the teachers at Mathnasium. I love the one on one teaching and the methods used to teach each child at a personalized level and pace. Every time I pick my children up, they are happy that they've learned something new.
Christina at Mathnasium Pooler is awesome with virtual coaching even for my fidgety 7 yo boy. She was efficient at assessing him and worked with us to come up with an appropriate study plan for him. She makes challenging concepts fun and my son looks forward to sessions. Would definitely recommend other advanced students to use this as supplemental instruction.
The online help has been awesome . My daughter got into a speciality school that required high math test scores and mathanasium has helped over the years !

It's easy to set up appointments. The online format seems to be working well. I like the one on one attention that my child is getting. He has had nothing but positive things to say about all his instructors. I like that the lessons are based on assessment.
My son loves all the instructors at the center. They were wonderful during the pandemic closing with providing an upbeat home learning experience. My son is 6 and looks forward to every session.
Brandon is very good at isolating a child's needs in math. Within two months my son's map scores improve 12 points worth every minute we spend there!

My daughter among other students struggle with math. Many being frowned at for not being a math wiz, but yet not given a chance to show their abilities. Since my dauguter had started with Mathnasium, she has gone up 2 letter grades, she actually understands her work and wants to do it. No every teacher is cut out to teach, but I give praise to the instructors she has with her tutoring at Mathnasium. They are amazing. She actually gets excited about her days with them. Her confidence level has gone out the roof, and I cannot say thank you enough.

Great excellent place to learn math
We sent our senior son to Mathnasium to help improve his ACT score for math. I feel we got a super fair price for 12hrs. We loved that there was no appointment needed, and he could drop in as was convenient for him, for as little or long as he wanted. He did mostly 1.5 hour sessions with Amanda over the course of 4 weeks. The staff is truly caring, sent emails with updates and followed up.
He brought his ACT math score up 2 FULL POINTS!!!
