Our son continues to enjoy going to Mathnasium La Jolla. He is getting more confident in his math skills and it gives him a chance to learn math in a supportive environment. Without Mathnasium, I think he would be very behind at school, where they would not be able to give him enough attention and classroom sizes are so large. It really helps to have this supplemental program to keep his skills on par or ahead.

Great place to help students to feel more confident about math and not being afraid to participate in school during class work. The staff are on top of the situation where a child’s skill / knowledge is, and are always responsive to question that a child may be encountering, thereby clearing out that gray area that could eventually pose as a learning hurdle.

My daughter lost all confidence in her math skills after falling behind in school. Now after a few months at Mathnasium her confidence in math seems to be coming back and she’s doing so much better in school. She really enjoys the tutors she’s been working with as well. Best gift I could give to both my boys! My senior is currently taking Linear algebra and advanced math seminar while my 8th grader is taking algebra 2. Mathnasium has been Instrumental in keeping both my boys ahead in math! We are huge supporters of the program!

Xavier started at Mathnasium with a C- average in his junior year of high school. He is now an A student in his senior year and scoring a 600+ in the math section of the SAT. I would say the results speak for themselves.
