My daughter was having issues with the way her math was being taught in school. She excels in all her classes, but her math was lacking due to it being taught on the level of the lowest common denominator of student knowledge. She wanted to do better and was getting frustrated with the lack of help she was/wasn't receiving from her math teacher. We spoke to her teacher about this, and nothing changed. She asked to receive tutoring, and within a couple of weeks her understanding, confidence, and comfort increased while her anxiety decreased.
we love that Mathnasium is keeping Cam excited about math. He's always asking if he can go to Mathnasium and how many sessions we have left. He feels comfortable being vulnerable asking questions when he is confused, and loves all the positive feedback he gets when he's doing well.

My son loves that so many of his other friends attend Mathnasium. He loves when he accomplishes certain number of math pages. He loves that he moved up "one binder" to the next "level". He is motivated by incentives, and Mathnasium has a card/point system to redeem a variety of prizes. I love that we do not have to make a set appointment.

This place is great! My son has Autism and a low processing speed and struggles in math but is always eager to get in the car to come here - what a blessing this business is - not only has he strengthened his skills each time, but his confidence is growing too. Can't say enough good things!

My child is having a learning a lot at Mathnasium, the only complaint I have is the excessive mask wearing. Enough all ready with the masks, the staff looks paranoid. My child has complained of the masks, muffling instructors voices. It also confuses me why they are wearing masks as children do not get extremely sick from coronavirus, nor are they super spreaders. The last comment I have is the masks are scary looking, the staff look like they’re going to go rob a store with their masks., I am so confused as to why they are wearing masks around children….
We have had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium. All of the staff have been welcoming and communicative. In a short amount of time we have seen a real shift in our daughter's comfortability with numbers and math facts. Not only is she talking about math more but also excited to show us the process for how she gets to particular answers.
