I enrolled my 6th grade student at the Cottonwood Heights Mathnasium. As one might imagine he was reluctant to add extra study time but the encouragement and sensitivity of the staff in particular Zoey made all the difference.
My student had many gaps in his knowledge. These gaps were identified and addressed quickly and effectively.
I cannot recommend Mathnasium too much. They are Fabulous
My daughter was starting to say things like "I hate math" and "math is too hard" after a year of remote learning due to a year long school closure from covid in our area. A friend had recommended Mathnasium before my daughter ever said these things but I didn't see a need for it at that time. Once my daughter was hating math I decided I needed to do something about it and contacted Mathnasium for an assessment and the reward system immediately intrigued my 9 year old so we signed up and within a few weeks she said "I love math" and "I'm good at math" which warmed my heart. Thank you Mathnasium! I just wish every family had this opportunity.
When our daughter Evelyn was having problems with her online math class you were such HUGE help and made her feel like she finally understood it. The staff there made the experience warm and comforting. If we lived closer we would sign her up for your monthly service.
The on line instruction is great and provides flexibility! Our daughter is doing much better in math!
My kids really like the staff at Mathnasium and have learned a lot of math and confidence in learning new math skills. They look forward to their Mathnasium sessions. I find the staff very accommodating and helpful.
The team is great, very accommodating and caring for the success of our kids. Most importantly both our kids love going to Mathnasium in Ballard. They feel they are being challenged and learning, and come out smiling at the end of each session. Can't ask for more!

Every time my son comes home from a session he tells me that he is enjoying math and learning. His grade in math has already improved in the month since we started.
Mathnasium has helped bridge the math gap as a result of changing schools and has given my son more confidence to tackle problems in class. His grades have improved from a C to an A and there are no more homework tears.
My son attend this math center since second grade till now. Since he had tutor at Mathnasium, I am no longer had headache for school math homework. My son even placed on High Cap because of his math.

When we started Mathnasium almost 8 months ago my child was at a 1st grade level of math at school and they are a 4th grader.
Most recent testing my kid is now at a 3rd grade level in math.
That is a huge improvement in such a short amount of time
