Since the pandemic started, Mathnasium has been the only constant in my kids' lives. I think doing tutoring online feels more personal than meeting in person with masks on. I never thought my kids would beg me for more math one day. They simply love the Mathnasium method and concept. We are very glad we gave their online tutoring a shot. It was the best decision we made for our kids' education this year. I wish all the schools would follow your online model one day. Thank you for helping our kids during these difficult times.

Mathnasium has been so great for my 8yr old son! We have had such a great experience at the HV location. Robin is so great and responsive to questions/concerns/emails. My sons FAVORITE instructors are Arthur and Arken (sorry for the spelling) they keep him on track and really interact with him! Thank you all! It’s the best decision we’ve ever made.
Since 2014 I’ve had 3 kids (at separate times) enrolled at Mathnasium. I have watched them overcome math weaknesses and their grades at school change from F’s, C’s and B’s all 3 kids climbed up to A’s. I figure “you either pay now or you’ll pay later” in life. I decided I would rather pay now when the investment can improve their grades that’ll help qualify them for scholarships and great employment (that’ll save money in the end) while also keeping their confidence up to help them focus on good and positive paths so they can be as successful as possible. Mathnasium has been a big tool in helping us achieve our goals and has been a great choice for us.

Very satisfied with Teaching Techniques, thanks to every tutor for very meaningful and professional interactions with kids to engage them fully into an hour-long session to make best out of it. My son always feels happy that his every question is answered and clarified to best of his understanding.
A quarterly session with parent would be a highly appreciated to discuss kid's progress and feedback. Thank You!
My child has struggled with math for several years due to learning gaps and a personality that makes it hard for her to admit when she doesn’t know something or ask for help. We have tried private tutors but she was never engaged in the process. She was very reluctant for Mathnasium, but from the first day it was a bright spot—-initially it was the gift bag and the warm greeting, but after her first session she quietly admitted that she kind of liked it so far. During COVID closures, she hasn’t balked at attending the scheduled Zoom sessions, and I can see that she’s chipping away at the learning gaps, making the steady progress that had been lacking before.

I've been very pleased with my son's Mathnasium experience. The at home/online platform is easy to use and I have been impressed with the building of his math skills, consistently and thoroughly over the last 2 months. We plan to continue throughout the summer and possibly into the school year.
Mathmasium has changed my daughter relationship with Math. She used to have very negative feelings and get really anxious and frustrated during Math classes in school. She has now learned that Math can be fun and is not as frustrated in class as she used to be. Her problem solving skills have improved but ultimately for us the most important goal was for her to change her negative feelings towards Math and I think Mathmasium has done just that!
With the new normal of COVID, Mathnasium provides a great opportunity for online, one on one tutorial sessions. It is easy, reliable and flexible!!!
Mathnasium of Lake Oswego is a FANTASTIC place filled with AMAZING instructors who go above and beyond! They really get to know the student & are not only teaching but are raising self confidence!
We have had the best experience with the Center director Howard. He shows strong leadership and a sincere commitment in helping the students. Instructors are also skilled in math and teaching kids.
