First of all, everyone here is so amazing....nice and helpful. They provide learning plans specific to each child. We’ve had a kiddo who is bored with school and this offered him to learn concepts beyond what was being taught in his classroom. We’ve also had a kiddo who needed to fill some learning gaps. Plus my kids really enjoyed coming, there were never any complaints!
It has been a good experience and also gives my kids clear ideas for future education.

My son when he was doing in person is great and last one year until he is doing online Mila is doing really great she is doing very hard work to manage both home and in center my son he is enjoying to do math with Mila staff.
Since we started to come in class sessions, my daughter feels so confident. This is the only class she does not complain and always ready to go to. Thanks to teachers who help us.
Our son (who is homeschooled) and we enjoyed having Mathnasium for the following reasons:
- Having different teacher than his parents teaching math.
- Mathnasium pedagogy of discouraging guessing.
- Meeting and interacting with other kids at the center.
Some parts that could be better for us:
- Open spots are only during the afterschool hours, no daytime spots nor Saturday spots.
- Amount of dedicated attention our son received. There are 3-4 kids per teacher, so our son only received 10-15 min of the teacher's time.
- Considering that he was getting 10-15 min of dedicated time from the teacher, the cost seems high.
The biggest factor in deciding to suspend our membership was the time constraint and competing activities. He was not a remedial math student, and since he is homeschooled he did not "need" to get extra math instruction, it was purely for a change of pace. He liked Mathnasium but it cut his other activity times short (swimming, playing with other friends, etc.). He might have stayed with Mathnasium if it had offered morning classes, but we realize that would be outside of the business model.

My child was struggling with math in school and it was a fight to get her to do her math school work. She LOVES going to Mathnasium and is making gains in her math skills there. The staff are kind, encouraging and very supportive of both my daughter and myself.
