It was not a lot of selection there, but they did have one pair of shoes that worked for us. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The price of the shoes is very high though compared to its competitors.

I had a wonderful visit last Saturday at your Short Pump store and was very well taken care of by Anna Miller. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and gave several suggestions from which I made by walking shoe purchase. I would highly recommend her and your store to others!

Personable service
Very easy process to get fitted and find the right shoes. Virginia was very patient with me and my husband. She explained everything and made the process fun and easy!
They take a lot of time to make sure that you not only like the shoes but that they are comfortable on your feet!
People are very pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help you. Nice clean store. One thing that I do not like is the limited amount of stock in women’s size twelve shoe. This has always been a problem and no one seems to address the issue. If they have, nothing gets accomplished.
A recommendation: you need a chair with arms in all of your stores for the elderly or people with disabilities. It is very difficult to get up from a bench.
