The Volumental scanning was extremely cool. It’s nice to see the data behind shoe fitting. I worked with Kerri from the Short Pump, VA store and she was very kind and helpful. She shared what type of shoe will fit my feet best and brought out numerous pairs for me to try on. She knew everything about each shoe/brand which made the experience more defined and personalized.

The technology that they use is great and gives you a better understanding of what shoe actually works best for you. the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were busy when I went in but I didn’t mind waiting since everyone was so nice. Overall great place and I would recommend to everyone!

I recently took my mother to get new shoes and insoles. My mother is extremely hard of hearing (even with hearing aids) and has lost all the padding on her feet making walking barefoot painful. Andrew assisted us and he was just incredible. He quickly caught on that my mother needed him to speak up louder and speak slowly. He listened patiently as she explained what he probably already knew by assessing her, but he didn't make her feel rushed and he didn't interrupt her. This meant the world to me as my father has been hospitalized since Thanksgiving and my mother has put everything on hold to sit with him daily. Of anyone who needed a little bit of kindness thrown her way, it was her. I was so grateful to see someone take a little bit of time just to listen to her and help her as we have not experienced too much of that recently. I live in Charlottesville, but I will absolutely drive to your store to purchase my next pair of running shoes and will definitely bring my mother back, too.

I loved the customer service and the products! But the other products (socks, headbands, etc) were a little overpriced compared to the same products online. Really enjoyed the trip though!
