My Outfitter Kerri was excellent. She guided me through the nuances of HOKA and what the different shoes would provide.
Key attribute : Kerri listened to me. By simply listening she was able to efficiently bring me onboard to my second pair of the greatest shoe ever made , Hoka.

Everyone is very knowledgable and friendly at both the Short Pump and Patterson locations! I had to do a couple of exchanges to get the correct style / size and they were extremely patient knowing I was a bit of an indecisive shopper.
This was the best fit I’ve ever gotten in a shoe by far. Service was great but as the store was incredibly busy I was a little confused in how to get service. After a person was free to excuse themselves from a customer it was apparent but that was 10 minutes into entering the establishment. I can see how that could get frustrating to some.
