nice space, good workout
Great workout, clean and inviting studio
Loved the 45 minute class, especially in the morning. Sometimes the thought of waking up and going to a 60 minute class with running is too much so early, but I was able to wrap my mind around 45 minutes
(1) Welcoming staff; (2) excellent and encouraging trainer; (3) fun, exciting and challenging program; and (4) spotless facilities. Thank you for a great first experience. It left a very favorable impression.
everything - staff and trainers are superlative - classes are awesome and consistently good - best workout in LA -
only weak thing is music - too much top 40 stuff - there's 5 decades of good music to draw from - classes shouldn't just play same current songs over and over again - especially as class demographic is multigenerational - should get someone to generate a bunch of kickass imaginative and more diverse workout playlists - w. songs from 70's/80's/90's up to present - that would make the workouts even more insanely good - otherwise nothing else needs changing or improvement - it's a superlative gym - on all levels -

I loved the engergy, the sleek modern studio and the express 45 is more of my style than the 60.

Love the no nonsense atmosphere of the studio....no time is wasted.....the trainers are just great and inspiring......Love the 12:00 class!!

Very clean studio, trainer was motivating and accommodating if you had injuries or needed to slow it down a bit. Challenging workout, certainly not for the faint of heart.
