My favorite fitness class on the west side. Kaseem is bomb! Love that you have Woodway treadmills. Just wish you would bring back the 60 min class for 5:45 am. I want to burn the full hour.

My instructor was great! The work out was challenging but I felt I could do it. Really important to me that the instructor is watching to law sure I don't hurt myself and she did that and corrected my posture
