I do wish your instructors would play more dance music and less rap music....especially with explicit lyrics. It's so unnecessary. Your target audience for am classes are 35-50 years old. We dont like profanity laced lyrics.

I like the location, it's easy. Parking is easy, even if you think you are running behind getting there at lest parking isn't an issue. It's clean. I like the products in bathroom even though I have rarely used them, besides a spray of fresh deodorant after a class! I like the equipment. It's new, clean and quality. I used to do a class with David P. He was awesome! I just tried Kevin. He was ok but not as good as David. The workout wasn't as exciting this last time. I probably wouldn't want to do another class with him unless there was a deal on it. Sorry about saying that. He was nice. I like that you provide towels. And overall I like the workout. That's the biggest factor. Prices are a little high for me to go regularly... Unfortunately! But I would probably recommend it to friends who don't mind spending a little more for a good class. I don't know the other trainers though, so I couldn't really recommend one to try if a friend asked... Now that David is gone. I did appreciate the class the other day! Thanks!

everything - gym is always clean and well appointed - teachers are almost all always absolutely superlative - workouts are thoughtful, challenging, varied (so they are fun) and time efficient - and front desk is always super helpful (carlos is great!) - its hands down best workout in LA - only issue for me has been the music which is often repetitive (teachers often don't change mix tapes) and uninspired (relying predominantly on top 40 main stream radio hits) and not reflective of mixed age demographic (whatever is now playing only) - but that's been improving a lot of late - so not as much of an issue - thank you for doing what you do so well - deeply appreciate having such a well run studio with consistently challenging and high quality workouts in brentwood
class is challenging and fun. kaseem is a great instructor!
Love the work out. Love the 45 min classes. Although, I would highly recommend Rebecca Kordecki, I would NOT recommend Liam Glennon. But that is only a personal preference as I fine myself feeling like I have achieved more after Rebecca's classes.

Charlotte was a great instructor! She made the class fun and accessable.
The work out was super challenging but (for the most part) doable ;) I had been putting off my first class because I was afraid I couldn't possibly complete one. But I did! I am just now starting to feel like myself again and the soreness is almost gone. My body hurt for days but I know that's because I have it my all. I know I will get better in time and that thought is going to bring me back in! The instructors energy was inspire and I will take his class again :)
The open, clean workout space! Towels, water access, chargable iphone outlets, free parking and Rebecca is the best!! So encouraging and motivating!

It's a good 60 minute efficient work out. The trainers are good and caring about having you execute the exercise and movements properly. The facility is always spotless and doesn't feel like a cess pool of germs.
Different workout every time. Good music. And there are some instructors I prefer to others - but that's just me.
