Great instructors, very clean facilities
The reception staff did THE BEST job at welcoming me to the studio, showing me around and making me feel comfortable. The woman who helped check me in made a point to check with me after the class too, to congratulate me and make me feel welcome. This is what will drive me back to the class. The class itself was tough. I appreciate the fact that the trainer tried to constantly switch things up between floor and treadmill to break up the monotony of the routine, but I would have appreciated more options on the floor. As someone that is just getting back in shape, I found a lot of the floor exercises too difficult to stick with throughout the duration of the set.
I like the facility/quality of equipment, trainers and variety that makes me push myself.

I LOVE the classes! They are an incredible workout and in each class I do more than I thought I would of thought I could. The instructors and the community you have created inspire me to get stronger and healthier. It's the perfect way for me to lose my baby weight in a super healthy way!
Best most efficient work out
Rebecca's classes are great
It's always a good workout except one woman teacher who's name I can't remember and the 45 minute class is the perfect length! My favorite teachers are Andrew and Rebecca. They are both hard but encouraging and make me want to push myself without making me feel bad if I can't run at 12. I like Kasseem too but he does so many burpees and his class is so hard I have to talk myself into it! I'm always happy after tho!

Friendly, welcoming, challenging. It was a great experience all around. A place with ample parking in the heart of West Hollywood to top it off. Loved it. Can't wait to come back!

Nice equipment and lots of room - classes never feel overcrowded., great positive vibe - always super friendly and welcoming staff which make tough workouts less intimidating. Lots of parking, awesome bathrooms. The without itself is amazing and you leave feeling very accomplished
