I love that you now do lane swim on Mon /Wed /Fri for the 6:30 time
From the initial enquiry to the first visit, it was flawless. The lady who dealt with our initial enquiry was the most professional member of staff I have ever dealt with. The reception was very busy and she made sure we were acknowledged and let us know we would be dealt with as soon as possible. The registration process was simple and quick and the lady then shown us round the gym and facilities. If companies could win awards for first impressions then it definitely would be top of the list. It’s either extremely clever recruitment or they’ve fell very lucky with concierge staff.

updated equipment and clean. staff are friendly.
There could be a few more pieces of gym equipment such as the rope handle as there is only one available. Also a specific area to stretch would be better.
Very good facilities ,flexible time table, always an enjoyable visit, easy parking,clean , staff are very warm and welcoming. always looking forward to my next visit.

Clean, large changing rooms, helpful receptionist, good size pool.
I really like the classes, such as dance fit and step. I also enjoy the spa facilities and would recommend to friends.
Easy to book online or onsite. Active Ashton card is great value for money.
Friendly and approachable staff who are always on hand to help with enquiries about services and equipment. I am left alone to get on with my gym work. I try and go at quieter times due to anxiety.

Value for money
Staff great, timetable needs some thought, especially now you are opening up. Noted that no open or lane swims when most people need them ,early evenings for example.Just opening afternoon till 3.45 no good for people working or picking up children from school. Also most other swimming pool timetable are doing the same so can’t even swim elsewhere. When will convenient sensible early evening swims be available for people who work ? Always offered better slots at old baths. Between 6- 8 pm and 3.45 -5 pm on Fridays.as I remember.i also don’t understand why you have taken bookings off at weekend, but kept slots so people will come and be turned away or have to wait for next slot may as well have booking to avoid queues and disappointment.

Can’t comment on the facilities in the gym as I only use Ken ward for the Wednesday class
Would consider using if you brought back some spin classes
