I emailed active Copley gym to sort my gym membership out and they reply the next day and changed it within five minuets. So quick and easy that’s how every process should be.
The gym is really really good I’ve only been a couple times but I really enjoy it, I don’t feel uncomfortable and every piece of equipment is easy to use and very clean.

The centre is a great leisure resource of the local community.
I use the Gym, Pool and Sauna areas of the centre whilst my son accesses the community room for Scouts.

Great classes. Kim’s low impact aerobics is fab, just wish there were more classes like this
Attended last night to use sauna nd steam room, both working fine.
One downside was that people without wristbands on were coming into the sauna area, possibly without the correct membership to do so as they should have been wearing wristbands I would have thought.
My daughter loves ducklings, teachers are fab, great facilities.

Laura Blaines Saturday zumba class. A Fantastic and uplifting class. Great music and fab moves. Full of energy. Sets you up for the day
Disappointed that you have put your fees up as well as continuing to charge for car parking!
Good range of classes with good instructors who provide alternatives if you cannot carry out the straightforward moves - Gaynor, Steve and Claire.
Good access times to the pool although the instructors should monitor the slow lane better particularly those members who just go to chat and spend a long time of the session blocking the swim lanes so prevents you swimming! Never observed an instructor asking them to move .
Otherwise clean environment, friendly staff
This is a well run gym,mostly clean and hygienic. The gym is well stocked with up to date equipment. The spa area is now running well,if only some members used the facilities correctly. There is always a stressful experience in getting the fingerprint equipment to work correctly
Good gym
Great local facility. Friendly reception staff, great exercise classes. Particularly Cathyann’s yoga which she tailors to suit all ability levels, it is extremely relaxing and I sleep better on a Thursday night because of it. Chris is the gym is very helpful and is welcoming to all. Thanks Hyde!
It's a lovely centre, well equipped gym. The pool and changing areas are brilliant and the spa facilities are great. Very clean and well managed. I always enjoy my visits.
My son enjoys swimming lessons every Monday night. Again the facilities are brilliant and all the staff are polite and very professional.
The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and always good humoured.
The classes are accessible and varied catering to all needs and abilities.
