I go to the Aerobics class.on Tuesday evening most weeks. The class is always full and has a great vibe. Rachel the instructor is really welcoming and lovely to get along with. I sometimes use the pool which is always clean.

Fantastic centre, all staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgable. You are always made welcome and feel part of the Hyde family. The centre is well equipped and always clean. The pool is fantastic for kids of all ages, it does get busy on a weekend but that is to be expected.

My daughter is now on a stage 2 at swimming and is very confident in the water. I feel this is down to the brilliant swim instructors who have a fab balance of both fun and practise.
On a hole I love this centre and will never tire of shouting about it. Keep up the fantastic work Hyde.

Pleasant helpful staff, good classes and facilities

The pool is a lot better now it has been retiled & painted. Paul's Aquafit is enjoyable. Feels more fun than exercising.

The classes are friendly and the instructors have very knowledgeable ... I go because I have a back injury and it’s reassuring to know that the exercises I do are going to make my back healthier rather than moving incorrectly and making things more inflamed and painful.

I like the step class, I liked fitness Pilates but it’s moved now and I can’t go. I like synergy. It’s clean and the staff are nice

Good facilities with convenient opening times for people that work

I like going to the Ashton but Oxford Park is closer to me however they don’t have the yoga & Pilates in the evening, I work full time like many other people so Oxford Park needs more evening classes. A Pilates evening class would be great. I go to the yoga on a Friday evening at Oxford Park taught by the amazing Kim however it would be perfect if she could teach more evening yoga & Pilates. Many other customers agree with me that I’ve spoken too 🙏🏻

The gym is reasonably quiet at The times I go, therefore I can do my full workout in the time I have available.

Lots of good machinery and was made to feel comfortable and shown by Karl how to use this safely and not too push my limits so look forward to getting fit

Brilliant facilities and classes.
Some wear and tear so could do with some upgrades (e.g. shower locks broken in wet changing rooms).

I access Body Pump on Friday evenings with Rachel. She is a lovely instructor, always explains everything well and ensures you are getting the best from the class.
