Since coming back after temporary lockdown the service has been second to none, I am a "clean freak" and it has been wonderful to see how clean the centre has been kept throughout
I know this has to be a priority but it is so good to see it, huge thanks to the staff for this and considering what we are all going through, they have maintained been very informative, polite, helpful, and even managing to smile and that is very hard to do consistently, but they have, I only hope the general public appreciate what little we have and continue to respect those that are helping to keep these services available to us, it has been week 2 for me and I am enjoying every part of being back, my mental state of mind is so relaxed while I swim, keep up the hard work Ashton, much respect to you all.

Great equipment always clean and working very helpful staff and just in general a very good fitness centre. Also very good cafe.
The staff are excellent. During Covid, Ashton has clear signs on the floor simple instructions, and helpful staff.

My first time visiting Hyde Active and Sam's Body Balance class was excellent! She is friendly and explains what she is doing and why. The member of staff who let us in was really friendly, as were the other staff that were around. I also felt reassured in seeing a member of staff cleaning the equipment - that's a first in the numerous times I've been to all the other gyms. Well done, Hyde!

The site is run well and they have taken every precaution to take care of all customers attending.
I was unable to get through on the phone, so I went to Copley to see what the procedure was for booking a swim. I was met with a small queue outside waiting to go in, however a staff member quickly enquired for my reason to attending. I was swiftly directed to the counter where Lisa explained to me the ' Active App' showing me how to book a swimming session. I subsequently went on the booked day, I found all the staff helpful, notices informative did not detract from my enjoyment. The pool staff where constantly cleaning all area's, reinforcing peace of mind against any infection.

good classes although it would be good if more were available due to smaller class sizes
I like the friendly and helpful staff. All my queries have been dealt with promptly and satisfactory. I like that I can have the choice of gym, swim and sauna all under one roof. I like the deals offered as I pay for my membership annually.
It’s simple there is messing around you have all the info you need arrive do what you need to do and leave staff have been fab well done guys.
