Staff are so friendly. The centre is really clean, the staff are always busy after each class/swim to look after the health and safety of others.

Love a swim but it’s impossible to book I’ve tried booking as soon as it’s available but the website crashes or shows an error very frustrating

Only complaint the times have moved and now made later which means attending core is not always possible
If the circuits start at 5:30 or 5:45
Core starts at 6:30 or 6:45

Good space and equipment. Great choice of classes, and above all wonderful staff, from reception, to cleaners to fitness instructors, everyone is friendly and helpful

The classes are very good, shame at the moment there are not more.

Staff excellent, pools and rest of facilities great, would like water in pool warmer especially during disability’s hour alternate Saturday

I like attending the classes at Hyde
The staff are always helpful. As the class numbers have been reduced due to Covid getting on the classes I want is not always possible. I hope when social distancing rules are relaxed the number of places can be increased.
