We liked their very obvious knowledge of wood and their aim for excellence. When one method of removing old stain didn't work, they did it by hand to get it right. It came out perfect. (with no extra charge for time)
High quality of workmanship performed in a timely manner.

THE FURNITURE MEDIC DID A FABULOUS JOB REGLUEING OUR FAMILY HEIRLOOM ROCKING CHAIR AND WAS KIND ENOUGH TO DO A RUSH JOB FOR ME AS MY DAUGHTERS TWINS ARRIVED 3 WEEKS EARLY. HE ALSO RETOUCHED THE FINISH WHERE WE HAD SCRATCHES. IT LOOKED WONDERFUL AND VERY SOLID. I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY 6'4" SON IN LAW USING IT.
