It would have been nice if you could have picked up and delivered the piece.
Our phone call was answered by Boyd and he was available that day for us to drop off our table to be refinished. He and his wife were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process and making suggestions for stain color and type of finish etc. He kept us updated on the project and it was completed on schedule. We also took another table in to be refinished and we were very satisfied with the results.

The five pieces of furniture we had restored were refinished at the highest level possible; both my husband and I didn't recognize a few of the pieces for they were quite rough when we took them to Boyd and Faye but were returned to us as they looked when they were new! It was evident that Boyd and Faye take pride in the work they do and put much effort into each and every piece. It took us a while to find the Furniture Medic team, but it was worth the wait. We have another project we hope they will take on.

we had chairs that needed to be re-glued. The rep did a thorough job of doing all the joints, we can tell the chairs are solid like when they were new. The chairs were ready for pickup on the day the rep promised.
They were very prompt with the whole process and they took great care of my furniture. I was very pleased with the results!
I had our dining room table refinished. It turned out better than I ever imagined it would! The finish is just outstanding (there were some serious marks, gouges, etc. on the tabletop) We are extremely pleased. The job was completed ahead of schedule by very professional people! I would highly recommend them.

Overall am very happy with the project. Only issue is that staining and finishing was completed on the underneath of the bottom rung. This was also the case on the under contours of the leg carving.
The customer service provided by Boyd and his wife was excellent. They replied promptly to my initial inquiry for an estimate, and the repairs were performed quickly and proficiently. The repaired finish is a good match with the original finish. I am quite satisfied with the turn around and end product!
