My last visit was very busy and my stylist left the shoulder massage out of my MVP, but I didn't notice until I was driving home. Considering the pace of business that day, it was a completely understandable mistake.

It is like being treated like Royalty when I get my haircut. At the other places you are a number and if it is a unisex place it seems like you are more of a "second class" person that is taking away from the female cliental.

friendly staff, nice clean facility, great cuts & conversation. They really make sure they understand what you want for a style before they start. I walked in once for a one-time visit months ago (actually it was to "REPAIR" a bad cut I had just received at another salon - Haley did a great job fixing it, too!), but the folks at the Charlotte Hall MD Sport Clips made it such a nice, customer-oriented experience, I now go there exclusively for all my cuts and product purchases. Great job!!
