She definitely has great attention to detail. Kaitlyn's customer service is beyond stellar. She's a great conversationalist and she's extremely knowledgeable about her work and excellent at her craft. Additionally, the atmosphere within the Sport Clips store is always welcoming, and kept clean. I'm a satisfied customer.

Just moved here 3 weeks ago and needed to find a new barber that did the cut I like. Luckily my first haircut down here was done by Chris because it sold me on being a bi-monthly customer. A great short conversation, and then extremely good work while I was quietly relaxing for my haircut. Had great ideas for products I could use for myself and I will definitely come back every 2 weeks for Chris to cut my hair. It's hard to find someone you can trust to cut your hair, Especially in the Marines because of how strict regulations are. Have an excellent do, Thank you.

The staff is always friendly and interesting when conversing during the cut. I like the warm towel on my face when getting shampooed, and then the follow-up shoulder massage. The sports programming on in the background is a nice touch, as well.

First, the facility was spotless and in perfect repair as far as I could see. The wait was considerably shorter than I expected from the number of customers ahead of me. And Kaitlyn, my barber, was very friendly and personable (without being flirtatious). And, most importantly, I've never had a better haircut anywhere!
