I have to start off by saying, even though I had to wait for my haircut, (for a short stint) I absolutely RESPECT the fact that my stylist (Kayla) wanted to make sure her client was 100% satisfied...because I know I will get that level of service when it is my turn.

Just got to say it again Kayla is the best. She hands down makes every visit a amazing. Me and my son will never go anywhere else. She is very patient and great with him. He is always happy to get a haircut. He loves the MVP and she's the only person that can wash his hair no complaints. If you have small children i recommend her 100000%. She also is very good at attention to detail. She's always got a list of clients but worth the weight every time. We love Kayla

Kayla is very consistent with providing the best haircut and experience each and every time. Today I witnessed her training a new employee and was very impressed with her patients and abilities. I wish I work for managers who were so positive and their leadership like Kayla is.
