I have been a loyal customer of Sport Clips since 1994 when living in Sachse/Wylie, Texas area Northeast of Dallas, Texas. I've never been anywhere else since. I moved to Alvin, Texas almost 3 years ago and found your store on the 35 Bypass. Tammy, Angela and most of Lezlie has been my stylist since. I've own my own businesses for over 35 years, I was shocked when I walked in to my Sport Clips and saw Lezlie standing on the counter wiping down your tin roof panels on the wall getting the dust off. Then Angela proceeded to figure out how to climb on something tall enough to reach your florescent light bars some 20+ feet next to the ceiling.
I commented and asked, "Are you asked to do this as a part of your job?" They all responded "YES". I am appalled that a multi-million dollar corporation doesn't hire a crew to come in and take care of that clean up and maintenance on a building that is probably leased from the shopping center that it is located on and then even higher than that, they have to change the air-conditioning filter. Are you kidding me???? I don't know if those orders came from corporate or the manager. I hope this gets to corporate and something is done about this. You have outstanding stylist and they shouldn't be risking their lives that they weren't hired to do in the first place. Someone needs to correct this immediately. If I don't get a response from this message, I will contact corporate! I AM your loyal customer, but won't be if this is not taken care of! Love the atmosphere and the tea tree oil smell. I always have a pleasant time and enjoy being there. My favorite part is the hair washing and the hot towel.
Dre is the best. My son is always so happy with the haircuts he gets from her.
