Being fairly new to the gym in general, I love the guidance as to what workouts to do. I love the push to complete each workout and to challenge ourselves.
It’s a very fun class and fun environment. The workouts are very doable but effective at the same time. I like that I can track how many calories are burned and I can hold myself accountable
What I like about the workout at Orangetheory is the way I am so motivated by the coaches. I like how the workout is a full body workout and strengthening all my muscles. The community at Orangetheory is so personable and it is a fun environment to workout.
Each workout is different for me. Instructors are helpful to make sure I’m doing each exercise correctly/safely. They encourage pushing yourself to work but not so far that I hurt myself
