Lauren Metgen did a wonderful job on my haircut this evening. I was a little skeptical but she was very professional and polite as she made me feel as comfortable as possible. I can't wait to go back when I need another hair cut. Also, I'm not sure how much you're paying her but whatever it is it's not enough, that wonder young lady needs a raise.

I think the concept behind the business is strong, and with the right staff could change how men and even women view and get haircuts. Relaxing and enjoyable. I never looked forward to a hair cut, until SportClips. I say that honestly, and as a business owner myself.
Alana, the store manager, is awesome. She has been friendly and outgoing to my son since our first visit. She makes him feel like he is a big shot. She is always good about suggesting products to try. She uses them on him, and we often come back to purchase the next time.

I use a wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury. Due to that I cannot get to a sink to get my hair washed. Tina and the store manager, I apologize for forgetting her name, figured out a way for me to get the full VIP treatment while in my wheelchair. No one else has done that before. And it felt GREAT!
They both should be commended for their willingness to find a way to make it happen.

Morgan was an ace in the hole when it came to chair side manner, she has a dynamite personality and was super easy to talk to.
She was patient, listened to what I wanted to do, and I admit... I can be a bit picky for an old guy. Then she politely
explained what I actually wanted in layman terms. As a result, I got a great dual purpose haircut and a place where
I can comfortably go to get more without worrying about how I want it cut. Best customer service ever!!!!
