Membership with the HMCBA is a life line for all things building related locally, at the state level, and nationally. The benefits of membership are too numerous to list and invaluable in today’s building environment.
I am a new member and am really not familiar enough, nor attending enough meetings to make a decision, one way or another.

The NCBIA is a great resource for homeowners on anything from new construction, remodeling, and home improvement/repair. NCBIA Members are truly leaders in their fields and can be trusted to do any type of project in your home.
I think it is very important to be in the Association if you are passionate about your career, helping your community, improving our economy and want to help your country by volunteering and taking action. Helping our communities and country improve is very important to me, so it helps us grow as a better community, better state and as a better country. Also to have faith that our communities and our country progress for our children, grandchildren and future children to come. The association allows us (Construction Industry) to have a voice in Nebraska and Washington to help improve our economy and help the people of our country.

The people! I have always felt welcome, and encouraged to get involved! Many of the members have asked what products and services we offer and have invited us to bid projects. We really value the friendships and relationships we have made.

As an industry we need to take a stand together supporting the next generation and setting it up so the builders will continue to be successful I see my membership with the homebuilder association as part of a Strategic plan To keep the reputable builders in a non-competitive culture where we are all passionate about helping each other be successful

Very simple. The building business is really small and the camaraderie is second to none. Always has been and hopefully the family of our industry stays second to none
