Outstanding Professional Association providing great representation and numerous beneits for it's membership. In addition it provides the consumer with educational and consumer awareness information. It is also a resource for the consumer to locate qualified professional builders, trade contractors, suppliers amd experienced professional service providers, such as bankers, real estate agents, insurance agents, designers,attorneys, engineers, etc.

LABA is an incredible group of individuals coming together for common causes and advocating in those areas...1. Keeping housing affordable and 2. Supporting our future work force. The Tools For Schools program through LABA is an incredible asset to all of the area schools who are granted tools for their tech ed programs. This allows the teachers to further educate the future work force and gives the students the ability to have hands on knowledge of the tools of the trade, how to work them, and a basic understanding that will allow them to either join a construction team or be an educated member of the public with relation to repairing their own future home or hiring a contractor to do those repairs. The membership is very forward thinking and the leadership and staff at the Association are really working to come up with fresh ideas and opportunities for members.

HBA is a means for homebuilders to interconnect and suppliers to promote their products. HBA is very important in lobbying for legislation that effects homebuilders.

What is the most important reason for your score?

My job is to help our clients work. They can do it directly from the preconstruction news and bids we research; but perhaps better work comes from relationships gained in valuable Associations such as SUHBA.

We broadcast your events to our members and encourage them to join, sponsor or just participate to add value to their business days/lives. As we try to do too.

SUHBA does some great work and make it very easy to be active. Great value, that I highly recommend.
