Being able to interact and have discussions with vendors, builders, subcontractors, and other trades is very beneficial in understanding the housing market for the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Every time I have called the Home Builders Association needing information, the local representative has been very helpful and not only supplied the information I needed to answer my questions but always took the time to offer additional support information in helping to make important decisions.

This organization is the only reason that many of us will be able to keep up with the ever changing climates at the city and county.
The association is able to keep everyone up to date on industry changes. Has a better feel for legislation that affects the industry and that we need to be aware of so we can contact our State legislators or federal Representatives.

The BIA of Stark County is a well run organization that does an excellent job of promoting the building industry and works hard for the interests of its members.
