I have recommended joining to many people! I love the connections I've made in my short time and consider the HBA a big part of my business growth strategy.
Kim is great!
Everything the federation does has been great, but the advocacy is what we appreciate the most from our membership. You can drive up to any workplace or job site and hear people complain about all the things that are wrong within their industry, but at VBIA, we take action to make effective change.
A great group of people that help in the industry. Honest and helpful.
All the information and market with our local business.
It is a great way to support the trade that you make a living here. Builders Association works hard for you on the local level state and national level
Rhba is the place to be in Rochester for the best information and the greatest leaders of our industry. Be here or be not, that is the question.
Both the local and the State association are very instrumental in keeping laws builder friendly so that skyrocketing costs can be held in check. This helps everyone who needs housing to keep homes more affordable. The association also offers great discounts to its members and wonderful networking opportunities to help grow your business. The monthly luncheons are delicious and the speakers keep those in the building industry up to date on the latest developments on important issues in our industry. And then there is the Parade of Homes. There is no better way to market and get your name in front of the public than the Parade.
And the staff are amazing!
Unifying force for housing
Like minded people, and networking
An excellent way to network with other members in your field and keep abreast of legislation that affect your business. Also to keep up with building trends and the market.
Troy focuses on community and members first before ideas or programs and that is why I am proud to be a member. I can see the people at the top wanting it to be better for new members / builders like myself.
The HBA does a great job of representing our industry and standing up for us collectively to fight laws and regulations that put undue burdens and hardships on our industry.

You fight for the builder and keep everyone informed.
Good organization with good information for people in the building trades.
This is the best managed association I have ever been apart of during my professional carrier. They are amazing! They have made an association that really cares and puts the interest of its members first. One of the very best assets to the Southern Utah Building Industry.
I feel owning a service business, it's imperative to be part of something in my local community. SUHBA allows me that networking association without the strict attendance of some other networking groups, while still allowing me to showcase my business in the community to business peers and leaders alike.
