My hairdresser Kim was absolutely lovely. Kim did an excellent job, and was truly a lot of fun to talk to. The VIP package was great. All in all I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning soon.

I liked the involved and thorough guide through the process and products offered to allow me the best choice for the haircut I want. The hair dresser was able to fill in the gaps where I didn't know, so I got a great cut.

I'm likely to return, but not all stylists are equal. I got someone who was very inexperienced the second time I went and gave me an uneven cut at the Bangor Maine store. Overall, I really like the service. Zack did a poor job on my cut this time around.
