I have yet to have a bad experience at sports clips in the 4+ years I've been going there. Destiny has been my go to as long as she's been there, and knows EXACTLY how I like my hair cut and always nails it. I have a terrible and uneven receding hairline and she still makes it look as good as it can. Everyone there is always very polite and friendly...I truly hope things there never change, unless it's somehow for the better, which I'm not sure what that would consist of.

Always a pleasant experience at SportClips. Love the sports-theme and it gives everyone something to think about, watch, or listen to while getting their hair cut. The stylists are as expected and do a good job and they listen to what you want. The best part is probably the customer profile in the system that keeps track of the historical cuts (including blade numbers) so people don't have to remember or worry about getting a different stylist next time (inevitable).

The stylists are always great! They ask me if my son (11 y/o) knows what he wants and when I tell them yes, they turn the conversation to him. I love that they let him have that little piece of independence with his hair. :-)

Reasonably priced and Callie made my son feel at ease. She knew a lot about things he is interested in. We were lucky that she was the next available stylist. She was very familiar with the hairstyle he wanted.
A wonderful experience. Crystal was friendly and cut my hair exactly as I asked. The hot towel and shampoo was great as was the shoulder massage. I would thoroughly recommend this place except I was the only one waiting and the second person working with Crystal seemed to be wasting time. Crystal was finishing up a customer and I had to wait because the other person did not take me. His name I believe was Nick and he was rather rude walking around complaining how tired he was. Crystal was terrific and very efficient.

Online check in makes it easy and unlikely I'll have to wait long in the shop. All the stylist are skilled and friendly. I've never had a bad experience in the two + years I've been using this shop.

Tina was great. However, the way she cut my hair proved to be set not on my natural “part”. I need to come back to have things adjusted. I don’t have a “swoop”. Taking the extra time to come back to the shop is time consuming and a hassle. I have forbid any family member from trying to fix it. It’s unfortunate but totally fixable. I just need to make the time to come back and get it taken care of.
