I took London D's C2 class and it was amazing - she built the class comfortably but still challenging into the peak posture - forearm stand. At the end, I felt like I had an amazing workout, and was also able to stretch out my body. London was great at incorporating a theme (courage) throughout the hour, and connecting it with every day life :)

The size of this location is great and makes it easy to go in the morning before work, not to mention it's impeccably clean. Also, Emily is awesome! Her classes are challenging and fun.

I like that there are numerous locations all over the country, which gives me the flexibility of going to different studios in the same city or when I travel for work.

The studio is very nicely done - clean, modern, well taken care of. I enjoyed the one C1 class I have taken so far. I thought the instructor did a wonderful job and she was interested in feedback post class.

I have been to a few of the core power studios, and this is by far my favorite. If my schedule does not allow me to attend a class at the River north studio, I am slightly disappointed.

Dylan, Brooke, London, and the rest are all fantastic and I am extremely grateful for their guidance.
