Love the yoga sculpt class!

I like it very much.

I love it here so far. I've never done yoga in a hot room (or hot yoga, for that matter), so getting used to the temperature is the only thing. That's why I gave the score of a 9--I don't think it's for everybody, but I think it's great.

All the instructors do a great job, Dylan is amazing and was super helpful and Izzy is a great teacher, what a incredible place to go , I will continue to bring my friends here on a regular basis :)

I've only been to a few yoga classes over the years (I'm very inflexible and typically go for the high impact/intensity options), but through Class Pass decided to try out your CorePower yoga class (unheated). It happened that I was the ONLY one to show up for the class, so Ashley offered to give me a 1:1 session. I've never been one to write reviews, but I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley! She was so helpful and supportive, and took the time to teach me the proper form and poses. She truly changed my perspective about yoga and got me excited to start! Thank you Ashley!!

Everything except the following -
- Cutting out of a bunch of HPF classes. I like to do 1 - 3 a week to compliment my sculpt and C2 practice (7 days of C2 and Sculpt is too hard on my body)
- Change rooms are typically too hot to get ready in - in particular West Loop and Streeterville are above 76 degrees typically
- Some instructors are inexperienced or ill-prepared for class

Your classes are challenging and the instructors are motivating. The facilities are also always very clean!!

Dylan is the best! I love the enthusiasm/love I feel from this studio and the students that the studio attracts.

Staff and facility are great! They provide you with a warm welcome and little essentials to feel refreshed after your workout. Instructor was helpful and attentive. Class had a combination of stretch and strengthening with a nice heat of 95%. I will definitely be coming back!
