Over the years I've had several pieces of furniture repaired and restored. The quality of the work is excellent. The owner and all staff are all courteous and professional.

I was concerned that my brand new piece of furniture, would not look like new anymore after being damaged. However, the technician's attention to detail and precision was outstanding and my furniture looks just like it did the day it was delivered.
Also, the technician was friendly, professional, and paid mind to the area around the furniture, specifically the wood floors. He laid out a sheet to protect the floors from being scratched/damaged by his metal tool box.
Company and employees were very easy to work with and provided quality service and final product as initialy agreed. They suggested practical/various options with costs for the job and were upfront in the total and onsite time it will take to complete the work.
I like the result. You took a beaten-up child's rocking chair and fixed up all its joints. You repaired and replaced the veneer, matching the 100-year-old grain. Finally, you put on a finish that will probably survive what a small child is about to do to that chair.
I also found the office staff friendly and helpful.

The Technician. Greg Robinson did an extremely good job glazing cabinets that were poorly done by the manufacturer. The cabinet company owes him a big Thank You - had he not been so detailed and meticulous, the cabinets would have been returned.

I have used Furniture Medic several times in the past few years and have always been pleased by their professionalism as well as the quality of. Their work.
Recently amist a move, I discovered that a cedar trunk that my Grandfather had made was damaged when someone set a gallon of bleach atop of it. I called Furniture Medic and explained that I was moving out of the state and what had happened to my cedar trunk. I took the trunk to them and we discussed options and what they might be able to do.
A short time later I received a call to reassure me that the bleach had not penetrated as far as believed.
When I went to pick it up I was amazed! The trunk looks better than it did before! You can see so many variations if color hat you couldn't see before their repairs.
The trunk looks wonderful and I cannot express my gratitude to them for how quickly they were able to repair it due to my upcoming move!
